If it’s not this, it’s something better

Whether it’s relationships (friends, romantic, family) ending, clients leaving, getting passed up for financial opportunities/promotions or not getting tangible items we think we want, this is a mantra that I try to live by.

I like it because it helps me remember that in order to make space for what I want in my life, I have to be okay with letting things go that are taking up that space. And that requires acceptance. Accepting that if it didn’t work out for me, that something better is simply on the way. And of course…smile.

What does this mantra mean to you?
